We have many African shops around our atelier. From Senegalese, Ghanaians, Ethiopians… They sell all kinds of vegetables and herbs that, upon closer inspection, are less crazy than they appear. Yam, cassava, yellow eggplant, okra, coco yam leaves…We’ll buy a range of them and transform them into a very delicious meal.
