Algeria cuisine is based on the way the nomads eat but very much influenced by the neighbour countries like Tunisia and Morocco. Meaning that cooking in a tajine is normal and using dates for the sweets just common. To show you this cuisine we have a great walk visiting Moroccan and African shops to find all the ingredients we need. Afterwards we will cook a splendid meal together.
